Fabricaciones Especializadas was established in 1991 as a bronze foundry with the "Lost Foam" process producing bushings for deep well water pumps. In 1994, we expanded by producing castings for water meters. In 1995 a boom began where we became the number one supplier of water meters of North America.
Through the years, we incorporated the "Green Sand Molding" process manufacturing aluminum, bronze and iron castings.
In 2009, a new plant for the production of aluminum castings begun with the "Permanent Mold" process.
Currently, FESA produces 200 tons per month of aluminum castings for the automotive, electrical and high tech industries. For bronze, we have monthly productions of 300 tons.
In 2018, A new plant was built for the production of aluminum parts by the process of high pressure die casting (HPDC).
The company is certified in ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949, we currently have 700 employees.
